There are a lot of fans of mountain biking, but there aren’t a lot of people who know all the disciplines this sport involves. Therefore, here are a heap of of these disciplines and what they consist of.

The introductory discipline we will be treating is Dirt Jump. This discipline involves riding on a short route which includes two or more platforms.
